23 February 2006

No to terrorists' divide and conquer wishes

PRESS RELEASE
23.02 2006

" I remember in my early years travelling to Samarra, to have a look at the famous Malwiya tower and the Askari Mosque, pausing outside to admire the golden dome and the intricate minarets, it was shimmering in the sunset and there seemed to be a million colours - it was almost glowing." Said Jabbar Hasan, Director of Iraqi Association in London.

The timing of this outrage attack is calculated, it is devised to destabilise negotiations in Baghdad that could produce a government in which all of the communities in Iraq can have confidence. The Jordanian terrorist group Zarqawists and Saddamists have bet everything to ignite a sectarian war.

"Unpopular outsiders direct terrorists and fanatics in Iraq." Said Mr Hasan.

The sadistic campaign of evil terrorists and fanatics, has failed to ignite civil conflicts. We want justice and not revenging screams, that ultra extreme groups whipping up emotions of their followers to do so. "We should not let terrorists and suicide murderers to divide and conquer Iraq" Said Mr Hasan.

Iraq cannot be built on a relatively narrower sectarian or ethnic basis. It has to be inclusive with a broaden base that results in a competent and capable government.
