Job Vacancy: Health Trainer
One Full-Time post
Three Years Contract
Salary £19,280 NHS Scale Band 3, increases annually with NHS Pay Awards
To improve health and well-being and reduce health inequalities
amongst the population of the London Borough of Hammersmith and
Fulham, targeting Iraqi and Arab communities. To Facilitate and sustain
behaviour change within diverse and disadvantaged target
populations.
Candidates must demonstrate experience of community work in the
field of health and behaviour changes, with knowledge of the NHS
systems, and good command of English & Arabic languages (both
verbal & written).
